HSAP

·         Fall ’13:  The Answer Document Return Form (ADRF), located on eDIRECT, should be used to report answer document and Class Sheet return counts. The ADRF is available through November 6.

·         Fall ’13:  HSAP Reporting Dates:

·         On December 5, District Data Files and electronic copies of Individual Student Reports will be posted to eDIRECT.

·         On December 13, school and district rosters will be posted on eDIRECT.  Also, paper copies of Individual Student Reports and student labels will be delivered to districts.

EOCEP

 ·         Fall/Winter ’13-’14:  The date for the fall EOCEP data extract, also known as the fall EOCEP “Update” Phase, has been determined. The data will be extracted on October 30, 2013 at 9 a.m.

·         Fall/Winter ’13-’14:  Please note that there are many editorial changes and updates to the Fall/Winter 2013/2014 EOCEP Test Administration Manual (TAM). Most importantly, the TAMs for paper/pencil and online testing have been merged into a single document. Several sections have significant revisions and should be read carefully by DTCs, STCs, and TAs.

SCPASS

·         Please note that the acronym for the Palmetto Assessment of State Standards is changing to SCPASS.  Hewitt Research Foundation, Inc. holds the registered trademark for the acronym formerly used and has asked the SCDE to “cease and desist” from using that acronym.

All Programs:

·         HSAP and EOCEP:  Please note that the list of non-allowable calculators for the HSAP Mathematics and EOCEP Algebra 1 tests has been updated to reflect newer models and technology. The update is posted on the Office of Assessment’s EOCEP and HSAP Web pages, and it will appear in the fall Test Administration Manual for each testing program.
